Syracuse man killed man in self-defense, but now is going to prison for guns, drugs found in home

Syracuse, N.Y. — A Syracuse man’s fatal stabbing of a man has been ruled self-defense, but he’s going to prison now for drugs and guns found after the stabbing.
He says the drugs and guns belong to the dead man.
